I hope you had a great holiday season, and had plenty of time to relax and have fun. As things are gearing back up for AGS next semester, I want everyone to know about the position openings, starting at the beginning of the Spring semester. Let me know what you think, and if you have any questions about them. These positions will be open to all the continuing members. This would be a great way to still be involved in the club, and from now on, officers only need HALF of the point requirements.
1. Secretary/Records (if Jessica switches) deals with inter-club communication, and forms/records, meeting notes.
2. Publicity Director – must have decent time in schedule. In charge of staying informed of publicity needs (others should inform you, really) and making sure they are fulfilled. (includes scheduling people to set up signs/banners for fundraisers, events, booths, activities, meetings, etc.)
3. Fundraising Director – minimum of two events per month.
4. Community Service Director (On Campus) - organize minimum of three events per month.
5. Community Service Director (Off Campus) - organize minimum of three events per month.
6. Social Events Director – organize one event each month. In charge of polling club and getting good time and activity, and coordinating it. Also in charge of overseeing the cheer/roll call for Spring Conference.
7. ASB Liaison (attending ASB meetings or ASB Officer meetings) - One point per meeting. (must type up brief report and email to ALL officers/directors any necessary details of meeting in a timely manner)
8. Points – full update bi-weekly. In charge of emailing officers for point updates and inputting them online.
So if you are interested in being an officer next semester, let me know because we will be holding elections early on in the semester.

HALF the points for officers is crazy enticing!!! Everyone should seriously jump on this! I am super jealous!
